The Audio Visual products by Casting International are traded through numerous markets;
our associated business model has 4 ingredients:

1. Advertisers & sponsors
   We are a media-content ad provider, a marketing tool for companies by product-& inscript-placements in our TV- and film- programs;
2. Sale of © rights & licensing of formats and programs
   to other (inter)national media channels.
3. Sales of subscriptions
4. First moving AV production company for clients giving Filmthis!...-commands such as UN-agencies, I.O.'s, commercially companies, and/or N.G.O.'s
   to provide knowledge-sharing by video clips Search&Find-engines;

INTRODUCTION

Movies and TV-programs with innovative views and knowledge-sharing to solve (Universal) problems by communication services: more software* you can't get.
But the problem of software is that it is not tangible, thereby difficult transferable.

To be able to trade them economically and legally, we use the rights on that software.
This group of rights are named intellectual property rights ©.
Important in it are the format rights.
A format right is ‘The law of the mother recipe'.
In addition, there are also traded:

• Copyright,
• Music rights,
• Portrait rights,
• Project Rights,
• Project development Rights, and
• Licence rights

METHOD

A format is a recipe, the infrastructure of ''the bones'' of a program, series, serial or film.
A format describes how the film product looks like, how it is to create and to distribute according to fixed structures.
As a result, there is a recognition in the making, the exhibit, and seeing the various Audio-Visual products that result from the recipe.
In addition the format provides a legal basis for discourse, surveillance, security and protection of the original and provable project-/series-/ and/or film-rights.

The languages used during the production and distribution stages are Dutch and English.
For the other languages, the trading is by ‘basic film-product in the language where is asked for’, license fees, or subtitles cq. dubbing.
Order of the license issues: German, French, Spanish, other languages.

The (strategic) treatise of the format rights to participants/business investors is done by trading of already secured prose in sealed envelopes with date-time registrations by independent third parties.
By this security the originality is provable and it is suitable for economic discourse.
Those who buy, obtain securities by claims on the rights of (a / the) format(s).
Trading is to be done via the notary by means of notarial deeds.
The originals remain in hands of the notary for legal process management to monitor, to protect and enforce the rights.
