'Casting International Second Unit' is a work-learning company.
There are a lot of experiences in the field of training: at the level of individual, couple, group, platoon (40) formation;
by conscripts and upcoming professional officers, to the level of a completely independent company (++) (350 m); and
in the media-business: since 1994 in total 900 students of secondary professional education (VMBO), MBO, HB0, universities, private schools, and university students from abroad (Europe, and around the World), as well as volunteers and unemployed were trained in making and production of film stories, reconstructions, documentaries and/or commercials.
Sometimes with 4 teams at once.

Teams have in addition to their individual competences, lessons in 'buddy cooperation' (see movie below), group operations, and professional associations

Equal a mirror image, are the underlying study-directions for a functional mixed production and/or staff-team,
for example: cameraman, producer, accountant, editor, marketeer-presenter, planner, ICT, socio-cultural worker, entertainer, Special effect specialist, composer, archivist, light engineer, sound engineer, scientific (market) researcher, communications specialist, luv-pilot, writer, clinical psychologist, architectural, technical director, information specialist, security guard, spiritual tradition specialist all m/f, in company necessary plural, all upcoming professionals, and very talented.

The deal is to be trained for freelance, flex on-call contracts to become member in international expeditions with the duration of at least 1 week up to 3 months, with the right to be able to say 'no' -always within professional reasonable and fair boundaries- when the company offers a flex job to become a staff-/crew-member for a United Nations related 'filmthis....' command.

To succeed you need at the end of your training at least an 8 (on a scale of 1 – 10).
The training takes 3-6 months
(depending on your specific staff- or crew-function).

The training syllabi follow the 3 steps-plan according to the philosophy of Plato:

1. get to know (the theory);
2. recognize (practising);
3. acknowledge (the learned knowledge in the work).

Within our organization: we speak our own film-production language, we have our own cinematography, we combine craft with high-tech, and there is a focus on team-work.

The first sentences of the teaching to potential employees into the 8 piece training-serial ' theory ‘Introduction Point of Views' starts as follows:

This is important because this training increase your sense for universal responsibility.
