Casting International creates, produces and distributes (online) edutainment movies.


CREW-& STAFF-vacancies:

  • marketers (see below),
  • Researchers,
  • Pre-productional producers (script, scenario, screenplay writers),

The first 3-6 months we work 3-5 days per week, on basis of ‘no cure - no pay’; excl. expenses.
You follow an internal training by a proved learning/work program.
Your function is based on your talents and backgrounds.
During your training, we'll make together a function-profile and a labor contract.


CAST-vacancies

For Mediaplan Turkey we search for fixers on strategical-, tactical- and technical levels.

We make all our RECOnstructions in 5 languages: SPANISH, FRENCH, DUTCH, ENGLISH and GERMAN.

On this moment we especially search for voice- & acting roles casts:
native speaking FRENCH & GERMAN & SPANISH (no priorities) native speaking actors (m/f)

In general it are small VOICE-OVER roles with texts, 1-2 day shootings and/or voice-actings.

Casting criteria:
male & female actors, all ages, all backgrounds.

Example of the function 'account-manager' (vacancy):

The account manager built and develop customer-relationships.
As a representative of CISU, he/she offers our services and products to the customers, with the intention to sell it.

The account manager makes the deals* (not the agreements), receives from the customer orders, stands up for the interests of his/her customer during production (e.g. concerning inscript-and productplacements), during the post production (e.g. editing: control the right logo-beating-heart of the account, this is also new and original*). He/she coordinates with the account in their interests during the tag*-production (which makes the account well findable in the Search&Find-engine), and during the high-end production (e.g. for the production organizations for the DVD and visual gadgets).

This makes the account manager not only active in marketing*, but also in the logistics*.
He/she constantly balances between emergence of interests of CI(SU) (employer) and the customer (client).
This is expressed in regulations about the conflict of interest on the set and in the editing room.

This means that an account manager not only needs to have business- and production skills, but also loyalty, stress resistant, and social abilities.
The wood should be cut as that of a sergeant(e) first class: a service-personality.

The following is a piece coming from the training of an account manager*:
As an account manager/marketer, you need a grounded relationship with a client/company.
Study about their history and company-culture. As a result, consider the imago of that company at this time, so that you are able to formulate in the right way the marketing question of this company.

This is a very creative* process by linking the imago of what the company has in mind and what the outside world, their clients will see, by the film messages.

If you speak with a business representative, start always about their imago, and how far they find that they are developed* in this. Is there space for doctoring their imago to perfection? Where there negative experiences in the past that have given their imago harm? What perception has the account about their consumers’ idea* of positive involvement? Is there an consumers’ perception with a positive added value for the account?

During the internal company-training, there is a lot attention for imago making, -keeping, and -enforcement.

The company-staff needs an experienced strategic marketer (part time), an experienced tactical marketer and an experienced technical marketer (both full time).


The minimum qualification criteria for all functions are:

  • Open mind, free from prejudice*.
  • courage: sufficient psychological self-knowledge to stay 'stable'
  • Determined: never give up.
  • Compassionate: help making a better World.
  • Integrity: do what you say and say what you do.
  • able to visualize (instead of to conceptualize).
  • to work in a team in the production office / secretariat of CISU, in the fields and visit individually the offices of your accounts.

By mutual interest the intake is further expanded and developed according to fixed procedures.
