General outline of the logistics markets

This page is about the logistics market shares of partners in CI-EX (Casting international Extranet).

CI-EX is the logistical heart within the Holding So speak!... Ltd, a social enterprise.


Definition logistic markets

Logistic* markets* means: customers who have financial-, or production-, or logistical resources contributing to the realization of the Holding Company So speak! ... Ltd by products or services into it.
This definition makes 'marketing' part of the logistics.


INTRODUCTION logistic markets in the 'Holding So speak! ... BV'.

The logistic markets aim to realize in 5 years’ time, 5 internet channels, 24 hours a day to fill in terms of content.

We ask:
Worldwide all Visual and/or Audio phenomena, such as: people-
animals-things-locations-knowledge-permits-etc-,
for incidental renting for filmproductions Worldwide.

We offer:
-employment, and
-partnership.

In the logistics markets, central is producing very quickly (by assembly-line principles).

There are 2 types of partners: strategic and tactical partners.

Strategic partners are participants (business investor) who invest with means of production, e.g. lease companies.
The difference between a tactical logistics partner and a strategic participant is that the first occasional per project participates, while the strategic participant structurally becomes co-owner in the Holding Ltd.
In the first financial year, only tactical operational partnerships are active.

The added values for the logistics partners are:
nice and good profitable collaborations

Our question is aimed at the following 2 types of customers, each with large variations:

  1. There are partners*, who cooperate in a part of the production process of one of the subsidiaries of the Holding Ltd,

    For example: AV hardware producers music producers N.G.O.’s
      job agencies advertising agencies providers (divers, FE satellite, internet)

    and

  2. There are contractor workers:
    E.g.: actors (m/f), presenters, etc advisors occasional crew members
      stunt people Special effects, etc. project coordinators
      occasional staff members Research Directors project-partners.

These are relationships that come from the people network, such as freelancers, companies’ files for cast, crews, staff, or specialists.
Contracting of work is always done by managing*, never through mandate*.

The added values for the logistical work contractors are:
good working atmosphere, alternating, positive peace work, reliable employer.


The position of commercial marketing partners within CI-EX

Some of the partners are commercially marketing related.
E.g. that of distribution and sale of © rights (tactical marketing).
Such a partner can be a marketing-licensee.
These licensees operate per language area.
They have a written agreement with the Foundation CastingInternational-Expeditions- in which they have, per country, the rights of the relevant language versions to cream-off the tactical and technical markets.
There are specific schemes developed, that income (= the profits of) for Holding So speak! ... Ltd guarantee
Licensees are not activated in the first financial year.
